Fernwood Foxes Football Club is a youth football club based in Newark, Nottinghamshire. We were founded in 2008 by friends Scott Whittaker and Graham Pelling, we entered the New Newark Youth League at Under 11 level for the 2008/9 season and finished in a respectable 5th place. In January 2012 the club was awarded the first level of the Charter Standard Accreditation, which is awarded for high standards of coaching, administration and child protection. More recently this was upgraded to the second level, Charter Standard Development Club.
Originally based in the village of Fernwood near Newark, the club has grown year on year and soon outgrew the facilities at Fernwood. In 2014 we made the move 3 miles north to our new home Lincoln Road and we now have 8 teams and a soccer school.
